Welcome to ODIV. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, tools, software integrations, and infrastructure deployments (collectively, “Services”). 1. Definitions
- “ODIV,” “we,” “our,” or “us” refers to ODIV Automation Services, based in India.
- “Client,” “you,” or “your” refers to any user, business, or organization engaging with our Services.
- “Services” includes AI automation setup, integration of large language models (LLMs), no-code/low-code workflow configuration, cloud infrastructure provisioning (GCP, AWS), and account-based billing orchestration.
- “Third-party Providers” include, but are not limited to: Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Hugging Face, Make.com, Zapier, and other AI SaaS platforms.
2. Scope of Services
ODIV delivers AI-powered automation services through integrations with cloud APIs, third-party LLMs, and SaaS-based tools. Our solutions may involve:
- Setting up cloud infrastructure accounts (e.g., GCP/AWS)
- Registering and configuring LLM accounts on behalf of the client (e.g., OpenRouter, OpenAI)
- Deploying private or public AI workflows tailored to client needs
- Connecting the client’s own payment method (credit card) to their respective cloud or LLM accounts for auto-scaling and transparent billing
- Managing monthly usage within predefined limits or alerting the client in case of abnormal cost patterns
3. Infrastructure and Billing
To support seamless and scalable automation:
- Client-Owned Billing: Clients may be required to add their credit card or payment credentials to platforms such as GCP, AWS, or OpenRouter during onboarding. This ensures that infrastructure costs are billed directly to the client, offering full control and scalability.
